Laura + Jason :: Albany, GA Wedding Photography ::

Hey everyone! Molly here!
Earlier this month Laura and Jason got married at Sherwood Baptist with a reception at Albany Museum of Art. It was a lot of fun photographing someone I'm related to. I feel like I got to know her a little better. Welcome to the clan Jason!

I loved Laura's dress. I think it possibly might be my favorite. But it was heavy!
Maggie Sottero gowns always get to me.

How else would a nurse protect her hair and makeup while putting on her dress?

I loved her style. The fact that she wore a headpiece instead of a veil is GREAT..and very her.

Ok, these 3 are on my "coolest kids in the world" list too. Laura's nieces. They are SO cute and hilarious. I'm just glad I don't have to keep up with them. Love them.

Kay Thompson always does a fabulous job on the flowers!

Ok, I have to admit that I questioned Laura's style for . 3 seconds when she told me the guys would be in ivory suits. I had visions of Boyz II Men. BUT I have to say, these guys looked stellar in their while tuxes.

Mean muggin' with the broham.

A little prayer before the ceremony!

I love that they both had their eyes open during the prayer. Its such a surreal feeling when you first get up there. I have absolutely no clue what was said during our opening prayer..I couldn't pay attention. I'm sure it was lovely. I'm thinking that's how these two felt.

Please note that the flower girls were also getting married at this time :D.

During the kneeling/song portion, the flower girls were the half-time show.

This may be my favorite picture ever.

The rain held off long enough for some portraits!

"hot-n-heavy. me-oh-my. you're the apple of my eye..."

Not sure what was going on with this photo, but I laughed for at least 15 seconds.

Not sure if you know this, but we McBrides can bust a move. This trait was passed on to Libby..who didn't stop raising the roof all night.

Thanks Laura and Jason for letting us tag along with you all day .
