Nicole and Heath's Wedding

Hey Cristina here. Here are some photos from Nicole and Heath's wedding. Although, I was feeling sick the whole day, I think I captured some pretty neat shots.  They were such a beautiful and sweet couple.  Nicole just graduated from GCSU and is now a nurse. Any patient that she will deal with is going to be very lucky. She is so sweet and makes you feel like you've been friends for a long time. Congrats you two! Thanks for including us on your special day!

Molly used her cool macro lens on this one!
Here's another neat one that Molly did. Mac Cosmetics rocks Nicole's world! They did an awesome job.
Another cool one by Molly. I was feeling rough at this point.  It's always nice to have a partnership in photography. When one of us is feeling rough, the other is there to pull more of the weight. Thanks Molly!
I took this shot after the wedding. I'm very proud of it. We just got Totally Rad Actions, recently. We're having fun trying them out. We've been wanting the actions for a long time. We're taking our photography to the next level. yay!

Maggie + Caleb

Molly again! Cristina and I had the opportunity (about a month ago) to go to Dahlonega (?...that's not in spell check) to photograph an awesome couple. Maggie and Caleb were so natural in front of the camera, and they were soooo cute. We shot in a winery and then in the downtown area. We'll be shooting their wedding in July, so come back to check out those shots...these are my favs:

see, told you they are cute.

Where in the World is... Molly Wallis?

That was to the tune of Carmen SanDiego.
Hi everyone, Molly here. Sorry it's been a while since I have blogged.
I've been doing this...
and this...

I am happy to report that the wedding went better than I ever imagined. There were a few memorable hick-ups (my dad tripping over my dress and an uncooperative bamboo arch), lots of tears, and lots of dancing. Then we headed to Playa Mujeres, Mexico (near Cancun) to stay at the all-inclusive (we ate a lot) Excellence Resort.

It was ahhhhhh-mazing. We saw Mayan ruins, rode ATVs past the Mexican military on the beach (scary), and snorkeled in the clearest, coldest water ever. We enjoyed naps in the rain on our patio, super awesome sunsets, a lazy river (tj's favorite) , and did I mention we ate..a lot?

Anyway, it's good to be back to work (that's a lie.. I'd rather be on a Mexican patio). I apologize for pushing production back, to anyone who is waiting on us. I'll be descending to reality soon.

Updates

Hey all,
There are a few weddings that we haven't updated on of schedule. It's funny that I'm about to post wedding dates here and right now, without my planner. But I'm going to try to remember all of the new one off the top of my head. New ones, we have on June 21st 2008, July 5th, August 30th, Sept 6th, November 1st, April 25th 2009, April 18th, if I missed any, sorry. I left my planner at home. When Molly gets back from her honeymoon, we'll post them on our website schedule. She's the website smarty, not me. I hope everyone's wedding planning is fun and smooth :)

How much is that Album in the window? Woof Woof

This one is definitely on my wish list. It looks so yummy :)
Hey,

I've been looking into album companies out there, because I know we'll be making some in the future. Here are a few companies that I ran across. Everyone should take a look when they have a chance. Maybe you might see the style that fits you. http://www.zookbinders.com/ http://www.asukabook.com/ and http://www.forbeyon.com/ . I'm going to keep looking into others to see what all is out there.

Vanessa and Luis in ATL!!

Cristina: Hey all! Here are some photos from a session that we did in Atlanta with a super sweet and fun married couple! Meet Vanessa and Luis! Vanessa is a teacher and Luis is working for a law firm and going to law school. I felt a special connection with these two. Vanessa and my cousin Amy are great friends and she was in Amy's wedding. So, I've met her before and have heard stories about her and Amy and their other girlfriends, AKA The Fabulous 5! OR was is 4? I think 5. Anyway.... Vanessa and Luis are both Puerto Rican and I'm half Puerto Rican, so other than my family, I'm never around Puerto Ricans. So, that was neat. We did our session at Piedmont Park and then we walked downtown a little bit before the sun went down. Molly and I had fun getting to know Vanessa and Luis! Luis has a great sense of humor and kept us laughing. Vanessa is also starting a photography business too, we always have fun talking to others about photography! Yay for photo nerds! Thanks you two!!

Caleb and Maggie's e-session!!

Maggie and Caleb!!!  Hey everyone! Cristina here! Here are a few photos from an e-session with Maggie and Caleb. This was a really great session. We got the chance to ride up to Dahlonega, GA with this awesome couple for a fun session. I know Maggie from GCSU. We met my first semester there. She was my suite mate's friend in the dorms. We really didn't get to know each other until recently. She found out that I was a photographer and hired us for her wedding in July.  I'm so glad that we got the chance to have an engagement session. Molly and I got a chance to meet Caleb. On our ride up to Dahlonega we had time to hear about the way they met and about their lives, and how many kids they want. They want a big family! Good luck you two!  Both Maggie and Caleb are so sweet and I can tell they are going to be happy and have an awesome, big family. Maggie is a Mary Kay lady! She did an awesome job on her make-up, soooo... let me know if you need someone to do your make-up in the Atlanta area! She's great! Can't wait till your wedding Maggie and Caleb!

Hey,
I just wanted to post a image the proof book that we use. I just wanted everyone to see what it looks like. Thanks all!

Shaner and Britt: Cristina Style

This is Cristina. Wow! This last month or so has been crazy. We have been so busy. Wedding season has definitely come! I've been busy editing photos and Molly has been busy finishing up her own wedding details and she is now officially Molly Wallace as of  married June 7th. She is now on her honeymoon in Cancun, Mexico! She'll be back on the 15th. I'm so excited for her and TJ! They'll be living in Valdosta. I'm so glad that she'll be closer to Thomasville. Now, we can get busy on finishing our office space/ studio space.

Anyway.... These are some of my photos from Shaner and Britt's engagement session in Milledgeville. They are such a cute and sweet couple. Shaner, Molly and I went to GCSU together and got degrees in art. I'm so glad that she asked us to photograph their wedding in August, not just because it's business, but because it gives me a chance to get to know Shaner and Britt better.  We are so excited about their wedding! I'm also grateful for Shaner's artist and adventurous attitude. She and Britt were up for pretty much anything! We love that! Thanks you two!
